When we launch the development of a new metal part, we start from the end: we understand the best path and put it into practice with the most suitable solutions and technologies to achieve that specific result. The Fashion Industry has a great responsibility in the future of the Planet: from a highly polluting sector, it can become the vector of transformation and reconversion towards a truly environmentally friendly economy. AMF was born with this strong awareness and over time has equipped itself with state-of-the-art systems for all surface treatments and processes – galvanization, painting and PVD –, combining sustainability and product quality in an unprecedented synthesis.
Bluecoating is the first sustainable electroplating in luxury B2B. The unique and cutting-edge plant guarantees air purification, complete water recycling, and process automation: embellishing the raw material is, therefore, a process with high added value, which respects the environment and people's safety. Inaugurated in 2016, it has now become the case study of many fashion houses that ask the supply chain to align with Bluecoating standards by 2030.
Among the most recent innovations that AMF has brought to the luxury industry there is also sustainable painting, thanks to the creation of an absolutely innovative plant, which allows to respect the environment without compromising in any way the quality of the finished product. A wide range of high-quality coating systems allows you to create extremely customized solutions. To complete the range of colors and offer a complete service also on other materials, such as steel, AMF has an internal department dedicated to the PVD technique.

AMF Lab
The quality of the products – in terms of durability and safety – passes through accurate chemical tests and mechanical resistance tests. For this reason, AMF has decided to equip itself with internal laboratories, at the service of its production processes but also on behalf of third parties, to build relationships of trust on the basis of certain and measurable data. Our laboratories are ISO 17025 certified by Accredia, as well as by the most stringent luxury houses.
