WORKSHOP. THEORY AND PRACTICE, TOGETHER
AMF periodically opens its doors and knowledge to customers: small groups of people with different backgrounds and roles, from designer to engineer, have the opportunity to spend one or more days in the company and follow courses that combine theory and practice. In an informal and collaborative atmosphere, you enter the backstage of the B2B Fashion Industry: an extraordinary opportunity for both AMF and its customers, because needs and solutions, questions and answers meet live, discovering concrete possibilities and opening new creative paths.
WHITE PAPER. MATTER AND FORM OF CREATIVITY
Participants in AMF workshops receive our White Papers, technical manuals built with the creative soul that distinguishes us. Thanks to the Metal Accessories White Paper you can find out everything about the materials and processes behind fashion accessories: clear, complete and concise technical explanations, enriched with curiosities and cultural notes. WIKI. THE SYNTAX OF THE FUTURE
AMF is a community that knows, creates, produces. The construction of a company Wiki, where we can collect and constantly update what we learn by doing, is the virtual space that comes naturally to us. A tool that innovates the way of telling, sharing and making available knowledge about what the company is and produces, both to the AMF team and to its customers and partners visiting the creative hub in Paris and the headquarters in Bassano del Grappa.
AUDITORIUM. THE RIGHT SPACE
Knowing and sharing to innovate is an ambitious project, which requires the right amount of time. And the right space: for this reason, AMF wanted to equip its headquarters with an extremely comfortable and bright Auditorium, designed inspired by similar spaces in the best international universities. It is here that the AMF team and the guests of our workshops are welcomed to follow the theoretical part of the training.

AMF has always recognized and cultivated young talents, accompanying them on a path of professional growth within the company. Supported by more experienced colleagues and immediately included in teamwork, new hires acquire solid knowledge year after year and are continuously stimulated by challenges that put them to the test, broaden their views and stimulate creativity and the ability to understand and tackle complex projects.
